RAPID work by CFA volunteers and Loddon Shire helped re-open roads after the storm.
Dozens of trees were stripped near their trunks and tossed onto roads between Bridgewater and Arnold and between Campbells Forest and Dingee.
Arnold farmer Col Graham had several hundred metres of fencing knocked to the ground that just over a month ago was flooded.
Large branches fell on the East Loddon Lions Club pavilion, damaging the roof of the picnic and rest area building. East Loddon P12 College and Dingee Kindergarten were forced to close on Wednesday while power was restored and Serpentine roadhouse was closed until Friday.
