Boort community meeting

A community information meeting will be held in Boort tomorrow (Monday) at 1pm.

The meeting be at the memorial hall ands has been called by Boort Ward councillor and Acting Mayor Neil Beattie and Boort District Health.

Cr Beattie has been appointed acting Loddon Mayor while Mayor Dan Straub focuses on sandbagging his property and safety of family.

A big community effort is currently underway preparing sandbags and putting in place mitigation measures.
