MAJOR events for Bridgewater Golf Club will be held for the first time in three years.

The first will be the Water Wheel Shield on June 7 to be played over 18 holes as a stroke event nett aggregate.

A men’s 18-hole stroke event will also be offered.

And a fortnight later, the annual four-ball best-ball stableford tournament for ladies and men will be contested.
