Bid to broaden membership base
INGLEWOOD Development and Tourism Committee will embark on a membership drive to engage the community.

Peter Moore, who has been re-elected the group’s president, said the annual general meeting had decided on a $10 membership fee.
“We want and need more people part of IDTC, contributing to discussions and being involved,” Mr Moore said.
“Currently, there’s only a handful of people attending meetings and as the opportunities for growth and development continue to emerge, the role of our committee becomes even more important to helping shape priorities and projects for Loddon Shire Council.”
The committee that organised the annual Inglewood Alive! street festival is also considering changing its meeting night.
The annual meeting saw Lynette Rose re-elected vice-resident, Wendy Murphy secretary and Pauline Wellman treasurer.
