INGLEWOOD and District Community Bank is backing communities in their flood recovery efforts.

Saturday's Rock Along the Loddon in Newbridge is the first event to have the local bank's support with a special package.

Rock Along the Loddon featuring leading Australian entertainers starts from 3pm.

The bank Board is offering $500 towards communities effected by the October floods.

The $500 is specific to communities running events to bring people together. The first one to receive $500 is the event in Newbridge that will support recovery at Newbridge Recreation Reserve, the bank says.
