REPLACEMENT or upgrading of defibrillators in Loddon communities could be considered by Inglewood Ambulance Auxiliary.
The auxiliary has paid for new defibrillators in several towns over the past three years.
Secretary Deb Coon said new defibrillators had been installed at locations accessible by the public 24 hours a day.
She said the auxiliary would be prepared to consider requests from organisations with defibrillators in public areas.
“Any requests will always receive the consideration of the auxiliary,” she said.
“We have previously assisted communities with putting this potentially life-saving equipment in public places.”
The auxiliary raises funds to support Ambulance Victoria and public health initiatives through its Brooke Street op-op.
Op-shops in Inglewood and Wedderburn are currently not accepting goods after a rush of donations in recent months.
Inglewood will be holding a two-day garage sale on February 24 and 25 as it reduces current stock.
