SAM Arnup has found there is always a hand waiting and willing to help.

The Year 11 Wedderburn College student drew on those experiences in life for inspiration for her winning artwork in this year’s Loddon Healthy Minds Network art competition.

“I’ve experienced mental health challenges over the last 18 months and channelled those experiences into the work,” Sam said after being announced as winner of the best-in-show award for the competition."
