AFL Central Victoria has made a selective announcement today that a new under 18 competition will be formed in the region for next season including the fourLoddon Valley league clubs.
According to an online report this afternoon composition of the new competition is, however, still not confirmed.
The Loddon Herald has been seeking information from AFL Central Victoria since its self-set deadline to announce a new structure in August.
Commission chairman Nicholas Rolfe was to have spoken with the Loddon Herald in early September but did not.
As late as yesterday, AFL Central Victoria general manager Craig Armstead told the Loddon Herald an announcement would be made next week, although he did confirm a new competition would be formed.
