ABBEY Curnow has continued her run of success in major woolhandling events, finishing runner-up in the senior competition at last month’s Australian Sports Shear and Woolhandling Championships in South Australia. Abbey, from Laanecoorie, is pictured with Fox and Lillie’s Victorian representative Adrian Tuohey and Alice McKay who won the title. Earlier this year Abbey was junior woohandling champion and the first Australian to win a title in the trans-Tasman Golden Shears competition.
