There has been slight rises in creek levels around Mitiamo overnight.

Water is starting to cross the Three Chain Road where there is now some water on the road while residents say the Bendigo Creek on the east side of town has risen significantly overnight.

"We've still got dry clothes but might not later in the day," Tracey told the Loddon Herald.

The Calivil Creek on Boort-Pyramid road appears to have peaked overnight, it has been reported.

Around Yando, the Venables Creek has risen about 2cm overnight but locals say they are currently winning the battle.
