Women set date

MARCH has been set as the new date for Women on Farms Gathering Inglewood.

Organisers were forced to postpone the planned gathering several times over the past two years due to COVID restrictions.

The new date will now be March 25 to 27.

One of the organisers, Jenny Hosking, said: “Through postponing to 2022, we hope the weekend will be able to take advantage of the easing of COVID-19 restrictions anticipated for next year in line with Victoria’s delivery of the COVID-19 roadmap plan.

“This will allow us to increase attendee numbers and have greater flexibility in the services and activities offered throughout the weekend,” she said.

“By offering the weekend in 2022, we also want to make sure the Women on Farms Inglewood Gathering offers its beautiful mini-market showcasing local Loddon producers, workshops, inspirational guest speakers.

“In addition, (the new date will) ensure our aim is fulfilled of making our wonderful women on farms feel absolutely celebrated.

Registrations have opened for the event. People who had booked tickets for the 2021 date, will be provided with updated tickets.
