Woman of achievement

COLLEEN Condliffe was on Tuesday night presented with Zonta Bendigo’s 2021 Woman of Achievement Award.

The Women of Achievement Award acknowledges women who make their communities better places through their contributions.

Colleen was honoured for her advocacy of rural women.

The award citation said Collen has a long and impressive record of community involvement and advocacy, including with farming bodies.

She was instrumental in

establishing Australia Help to assist rural farming families experiencing hardship.

Colleen, a former long-time Loddon Shire councillor, was also recognised for bringing women to the forefront of local and regional projects.
