Roo harvest field chillers

“We will still be operating in the shire and it’s just a shame that employment will be created in a different shire at this stage,” he said.
His comments came after Loddon councillors on Tuesday were unanimous in reluctantly accepting a staff recommendation to refuse a planning permit to process harvested kangaroos at Inglewood, emphasising the decision was on planning grounds only.
Animals activists on Tuesday had tried to claim credit for the decision.
