Marong has ended the undefeated run of Mitiamo in Loddon Valley football.

The Panthers gained ascendency after a see-sawing first half to win by 15 points - 10.10 (74) to 13.11 (89) - at John Forbes Oval.

Bridgewater easily accounted for previously undefeated Inglewood in the traditional ANZAC clash - 19-14 (128) to 8.7 (55).

Pyramid Hill almost doubled the score of Bears Lagoon Serpentine winning 101 to 52 at Mitchell Park where the new eletronic scoreboard was officially unveiled today.

And Newbridge shook off Maiden Gully in the second half to win 62 to 54
