National hears local plan

I HAD the opportunity to present to the National Landcare Conference last week on the topic of on-farm value of biodiversity through sustainable agriculture practices.
The conference took in conservation, community engagement and sustainable agriculture streams and was attended by over 2500 online delegates from across Australia.
Loddon Plains Landcare Network is placing itself firmly in the central Victorian landscape as a leader in sustainable agriculture with a focus on:
Community and social capital;
The development of family farming businesses to move towards sustainable and regenerative practices; and
Adoption of these practices to enhance biodiversity values in private land.
