Mine group meets

CATALYST Mining’s community consultative committee has held its first meeting.

The committee has been establish to keep communities connected and informed of the company’s activities across the Loddon.

Catalyst CEO John McKinstry flew in from Brisbane for the meeting last week where the 11 members elected Lockington Landcare member and landowner Wendy Sims as committee chair.

She joins members from across the Loddon Shire drawn from local landowners and members of Mitiamo and Pyramid Hill progress associations and Friends of Terrick Terrick National Park.
