Jobs and growth focus
MORE jobs, mental health and youth services and better roads across the Loddon will be the focus of Labor’s candidate for Ripon, Martha Haylett.
Ms Haylett made her first official visit to the shire on Monday. She met with Loddon Mayor Dan Straub and CEO Lincoln Fitzgerald.
“I will be focused on making sure the voices of rural Victorians are heard loudly by decision makers,” said Ms Haylett who was pre-selected last December to contest the marginal seat in this year’s state election.
“Many towns across the Loddon Shire are experiencing growing pains with more people wanting to call our communities home.
