Cup cakes fill spot
CUP cakes by the dozens have been enthusiastically whipped up by Inglewood Primary School students raising money for ceramic water coolers in their classrooms.
Emily Canham, Gracie Noonan, Giselle Noble and Chelsea Kloester were among students who also set up their stall in the Inglewood IGA foyer selling the delicious cakes last Thursday morning.
The cup cake drive was an initiative of the students’ representative council with principal Lex Johnstone praising the youngsters for their effort.
In quick time, the cupcakes were a sellout and hitting the spot with supportive customers.
