Council COVID scare

Loddon Shire Council has used social media to advice that its Wedderburn office has been closed by a COVID scare.

Council has just posted:

It has been confirmed that a positive COVID-19 case has attended Council’s Wedderburn office. As a result, the Wedderburn office and the Loddon Visitor Information Centre will be closed until further notice.

Members of the public that attended the offices or Visitor Information Centre are not considered to be contacts and should not be concerned at this time.

Council has activated its COVID-19 Incident Management Plan in line with the Victorian Department of Health guidelines.

Council services are still available to our community via telephone on 5494 1200, by emailing loddon@loddon.vic.gov.au or Council’s website www.loddon.vic.gov.au
